Payment plans
Pay in full, by semester, or monthly (August–May). Plans are set up during enrollment.
Financial aid
Full-Time families can apply for need-based aid. Applications are confidential and reviewed by a small committee.
HERO Scholarship Partnership
OLA partners with HERO (Heartland Education Reformation Organization) to provide scholarships for our families through the generous gifts of donors in the church and community.
Families apply directly through HERO, which reviews each application. Applications for the 2027–2028 school year are open June 1–30, 2027, and awards are determined by July 15, 2027. HERO scholarships can cover up to 75% of tuition.

Are there other fees?
The only additional fee is our curriculum fee. Optional costs may include field trip admissions and spirit wear.
Is there a sibling discount?
We do not offer sibling discounts, as we are committed to keeping tuition as affordable as possible for every student.
What if our finances change mid-year?
Talk to our administrator. We’d rather adjust a plan than lose a student.
Can grandparents or friends pay tuition directly?
Yes. Anyone can pay toward a student’s account, or give to OLA through Project 18 in their honor.

Tours take about 30 minutes. Bring your questions and your kids. Shadow days are welcome in both tracks.
