School policies
Nondiscrimination, how we keep students safe, and how we share photos.
Nondiscrimination
OneLearning Academy admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs.
Private schools that are tax-exempt are generally expected to publish a statement like this each year (see IRS Revenue Procedure 75-50). As a religious ministry, OLA asks families to review its Statement of Faith and may consider faith in admissions and employment as permitted by law.
Visitor & safety
- Exterior doors stay locked during the school day. Visits are by appointment.
- All visitors sign in at the office with a photo ID and wear a visible badge.
- Staff and regular volunteers complete background screening before working with students.
- Students are released only to adults on their authorized pick-up list.
- Emergency drills are practiced throughout the year.
Photos & media
We share photos of students only with a signed media release from a parent or guardian, and we don’t publish students’ full names with their photos.
