Jodi Fridley

I am a dedicated educator with extensive experience in elementary education, literacy intervention, dyslexia support, and early childhood programming. I spent many years teaching in elementary classrooms and later served as a reading specialist, providing targeted intervention to help students overcome reading challenges and build confidence.

My experience also includes serving as the Director of a Family Child Care program at an overseas Air Force base and helping lead a Kids Day Out program. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and a Master of Arts in Dyslexia Intervention. My passion for meeting children where they are, understanding their individual learning needs, and providing the encouragement and effective instruction they need to reach their full potential is matched only by my excitement in walking alongside my peers in assisting students in their journeys with Christ.

I was born in Atascadero, California, and raised all over the US, including Alaska. After serving in the US Air Force for 24 years, four years Civil Service, and eight years in public education, the Lord opened up the opportunity of working here at OneLearning Academy. I took it and haven’t looked back. The students and staff are great and bless me daily!

My husband John and I have been married for 40 years and live in the country near Mulvane. We have one son, David. My interests include Bible study, quilting, and the Philadelphia Eagles. Fly Eagles Fly!

Hi, I’m Mrs. Bennett, and I am excited to be part of the OneLearning Academy team! This is my second year at OLA and my 18th year in education. I began my teaching career at a private school in Farmington, New Mexico, where I taught for 10 years. In 2021, my family and I returned home to Kansas. 🌻 My husband, Rick, began serving as a patrol officer with the Derby Police Department, while I worked as a speech assistant in the Mulvane school district. God eventually called me back to the classroom, and after teaching for a year at Faith Lutheran School before its closure, I was blessed to find my home at OLA.

Rick and I have been married for 26 years, and together we have two children, one bonus son, two dogs, one horse, and 15 chickens! ❤️

My greatest passion is sharing the love of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, and helping students grow in their faith. I am truly blessed to combine my love of teaching with my faith and feel grateful for the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of the next generation. I am thankful to be part of the OLA community!

Hi, I’m Mrs. Fox. I’m a Christian, wife, mom, teacher, homemaker, executive director, financial advisor, calendar scheduler, a crafter, an animal wrangler to 2 cats, 1 dog, 7 hens, and 1 rooster. Did I mention I was a mom? I have a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. I’ve been teaching in every job I’ve ever had.

I’ve been with OneLearning Academy for 3 years now. I teach our middle school classroom. I enjoy this age of kids. I feel like I can really help them with all the random questions they have, lead them to Christ, and help them with life skills. I love Dr. Pepper (or Dr. Thunder 😉) and Trolli original gummy worms. My current craft obsession is diamond dot painting. Thanks for letting me teach your kids. 😁
